Red, Yellow, & Blue

Tuesday, May 22

Welcome: Tracing Pages: They each practiced straight lines on one side and their names on the other.

LBQ: am - What do you like to do in the summer time?  pm - What is your favorite shape?

Song: Practice Graduation Song & Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes

Book: Purple, Green, and Yellow by Robert Munsch. This is a funny story about a little girl who loves to color and eventually ruins everything by coloring herself all over!

Activity: Color Creature Page

Activity: Shaving Cream Bags - We talked about primary and secondary colors, then we dripped either red, yellow, or blue in a bag of shaving cream for each kid.  After they squished it around until they colored the whole bag, we added a different color (red, yellow, or blue) and they squished it again until they saw the new color it made.

Snack!

Finish our T shirts.  They turned out awesome!!

Playtime!
