Welcome: Coloring pages- today was a picture about cooperation and how we can work together and help one another!
LBQ: How can you be nice to others? Some of the kids told us that we can share our toys, play with each other, share our snack, and have someone come to your house. We had lots of fun talking about manners this month and hearing all the sweet answers about sharing and caring!

Song: Love Your Friends(to tune of Row, Row, Row, Your Boat)
Love, love, love your friends, different as they seem.
Playing, laughing, joking, helping.
True friends are like a dream!
Book: Get Out of My Chair by Kathy Schulz. This book is a great reminder about how much fun sharing can be. Sometimes when you think sharing won't be fun it turns out to be more fun than keeping it to yourself!
Activity: We reviewed some Do's and Don'ts for behavior. We discussed six pictures that showed examples of boys and girls making good choices, or bad choices. A happy face and a sad face were in each picture box and we colored the appropriate one to match the behavior.

Is it 1 or 2?
This is a fun game that we will play each month to help with our number sense. We will usually do only one number each month. We have four to six picture cards with different amount of objects on the card. We will count them and find out how many objects are on that card and then place it on the appropriate side. This month it was either 1 or 2 on each card. We then put it under the correct side. Next month it will be formatted as, Is it 3? Then we will answer yes or no, and the yes side will have a happy face, and the no side will have a sad face. We play this as a whole group and then we do our own worksheet. This is a great activity to count, cut and glue. The kids love to see what different pictures we have each month!
Playtime!
