LBQ- What is your favorite animal at the zoo?

We had lots of lion and tiger responses, and then a few elephants, one snake, and a bird!

Animals stalking through the jungle,

Monkeys swinging from the trees.

We are going to the zoo,

Snakes crawling through the jungle,

Elephants stomping on the ground.

Parrots squawking, lions roaring.

STOP and look around!

Book- That's Good! That's Bad! by Margery Cuyler

It is the story of a boy whose parents buy him a balloon at the zoo (that's good), and it lifts him up and away (that's bad). He is deposited in the jungle and meets a variety of helpful and not-so-helpful animals there. The illustrations are delightful, and it has a happy ending.

Activity- Zoo book continued from Tuesday. Finish coloring and cutting next pages and then put book in order and read.
