Song- tune of Ring Around the Rosie(today we used our instruments to accompany our singing)

Book- I'll Catch the Moon by Nina Crews.
Activity- Build a rocket. We colored and glued eight shapes, that when done in order, created a rocket ship on paper. This was a great activity for number and shape recognition. It is also good to do an activity where the children are listening and following step by step directions.
Snack
Fundamentals- Review ABC's, square, ABC pattern
We also reviewed the letters Ii, Ss, and Pp by playing a game with our letter cards. We reviewed each of them by sound and sign. Then everyone got a chance to draw a picture card and put it under the correct letter. ie(Iguana-Ii, polar bear-Pp, sand-Ss)
