Book- The Very First Thanksgiving Day by Rhonda Gowler Greene. This book introduces the reader to Pilgrims and Indians, and discusses the very first Thanksgiving feast. A short story with great pictures about the first feast, and reminds us what things we can be grateful for.

Activity-  We made feathered headbands and fruit loop pattern necklaces. Theses were similar to some of the clothing the Indians may have worn from our story.
